• In Asia, only Flik, Hopper, Dim, and Francis were sold.

• Flik scolds Heimlich for eating the Chicken McNuggets in a film projector. (The M was eaten by Heimlich at the end.)
• Various kids say "Got one!" while bug hunting and trapping in a jar. The announcer says the Bug's Life tie-in costs $1.99. (Ronald McDonald is trapped in a jar at the end.)
• Flik faints after seeing a giant toy when revealed to be a green screen background. (Ronald McDonald hangs the ornament with an M on the tree.)
• A group of bugs carry the Bug's Life watch which costs $1.99.
